Job Summary

The Architectural Engineering Manager will lead and oversee the development of architectural designs across all project stages, ensuring the highest standards of quality, innovation, and compliance. With 15 years of professional experience, the manager will guide project teams, coordinate with multidisciplinary stakeholders, and ensure timely project delivery aligned with client expectations and organizational goals. The role requires strong leadership, advanced technical expertise, and deep knowledge of authority regulations, design standards, and construction processes. The Architectural Engineering Manager will supervise project execution, mentor junior staff, manage client relationships, and ensure the successful completion of multiple large-scale architectural projects.

Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee the creation and development of innovative architectural designs and concepts for various large-scale and complex projects.

Manage all architectural phases, from Conceptual Design to Construction Documentation, ensuring technical excellence and design consistency.

Supervise the production of detailed drawings, plans, and specifications using CAD and BIM software.

Conduct and review site visits, surveys, and assessments to support project design and development.

Provide high-level coordination with contractors, engineers, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure project success.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and ensuring high satisfaction with design outcomes.

Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Ensure all architectural designs comply with relevant building codes, regulations, standards, and zoning laws.

Oversee the development of architectural submissions, secure authority approvals, and maintain strong relationships with regulatory bodies.

Review and guide design development to meet client requirements and project objectives.

Lead coordination with MEP, Structural, and other disciplines to ensure integrated and efficient design solutions.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local authority regulations, procedural updates, and technical requirements.

Supervise the preparation of high-quality 3D models and renderings using 3ds Max, Revit, and Photoshop.

Mentor and guide junior architects and engineers, providing technical leadership and professional development.

Perform additional managerial duties as assigned.
