Description

The BIM Modeler – Architecture develops detailed architectural BIM models using industry-standard software, ensuring compliance with project requirements, BIM standards, and client specifications. The role involves collaborating with architects, engineers, and other disciplines to produce coordinated and clash-free models and construction documentation.

Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Create and develop innovative architectural designs and concepts for various projects.

Collaborate with project teams to ensure design integrity, quality, and alignment with project objectives.

Manage all architectural phases, from Conceptual Design through Construction Documentation.

Produce detailed drawings, plans, and specifications using CAD software.

Conduct site visits and surveys to gather data for design development.

Coordinate efficiently with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure successful project delivery.

Communicate with clients to understand their requirements, provide design solutions, and ensure client satisfaction.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and staying within budget.

Ensure all designs comply with building codes, regulations, and zoning requirements.

Develop architectural designs based on client needs and obtain necessary approvals.

Work closely with MEP and Structural teams to ensure integrated and cohesive designs.

Stay updated on authority regulations and requirements.

Prepare authority submittals and follow up until approvals are secured.

Create high-quality 3D models and renders using 3ds Max, Revit, and Photoshop.

Perform other duties as assigned.
