Description

We are seeking an experienced BIM Modeler – Infrastructure (Dry Utilities) to support the development and coordination of BIM models and technical drawings for infrastructure projects. The role will focus on dry utility networks, including electrical, telecommunications, street lighting, and related infrastructure systems.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models for dry utility infrastructure works.
• Prepare detailed BIM models and shop drawings based on engineering designs, specifications, and project requirements.
• Model electrical, telecom, street lighting, and other dry utility networks.
• Coordinate dry utility models with roads, wet utilities, structures, and other disciplines.
• Perform clash detection and model coordination and resolve identified conflicts.
• Ensure models comply with project BIM standards, BEP, specifications, and applicable codes.
• Extract plans, sections, details, and schedules from BIM models.
• Update models based on design changes, RFIs, site instructions, and approved revisions.
• Assist BIM Engineers and Coordinators with model audits, coordination meetings, and technical deliverables.
• Maintain proper model structure, naming conventions, levels, coordinates, and data.
• Coordinate with engineers, surveyors, designers, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.
• Support the preparation of as-built BIM models and final project documentation.
• Ensure all BIM deliverables are completed accurately and within project deadlines.
