Job Responsibilities

    • Ensure the contractor complies with the specified standards, codes, and project requirements outlined in the contract documents.
  • Resource Monitoring:
    • Maintain accurate records of daily contractor resources, including manpower and equipment, deployed on-site.
  • Site Supervision and Inspections:
    • Perform routine site inspections and supervise activities as required by the RE or ARE to ensure the work progresses according to specifications.
  • Contractor Liaison:
    • Maintain regular communication with the contractor to monitor progress, manage site resources, ensure adherence to health and safety protocols, and confirm equipment availability.
  • Daily Reporting:
    • Prepare detailed daily reports for the RE or ARE, including work orders, materials delivery, and inspection schedules.
  • Implementation of Site Instructions:
    • Ensure that all site instructions issued by the RE or ARE are followed promptly and effectively.
  • Quality Control:
    • Enforce quality control procedures and monitor the application of quality standards on-site to guarantee compliance with project specifications.

    • Collaborate with the RE or ARE to identify and resolve site-related issues promptly, minimizing delays.
