Description
CAD Draftsman to produce high-quality drawings for roads, utilities, street lighting, drainage, and related infrastructure projects. The role involves translating engineer and designer instructions into accurate 2D and basic 3D drawings, ensuring compliance with authority standards, and supporting multidisciplinary teams.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare 2D CAD drawings for roads layouts, utilities, street lighting, drainage, and associated infrastructure.
- Update and revise drawings based on engineers’ instructions and design changes.
- Ensure drawings comply with RTA, Dubai Municipality, DEWA, and internal standards.
- Assist in drawing coordination with other disciplines (civil, electrical, utilities).
- Support preparation of submission drawings for authorities (NOCs, approvals).
- Maintain drawing management, version control, and proper file organization.
- Collaborate with engineers and BIM coordinators to integrate CAD and BIM workflows.
