The Architectural Engineer will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality architectural designs across all project phases, from concept to construction documentation. The role requires a professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design, coordination, and authority submissions. The candidate will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, ensure compliance with local regulations, and provide innovative design solutions that meet client requirements. The Architectural Engineer will also prepare detailed drawings, manage multiple projects, conduct site visits, and produce high-quality 3D models and renderings. This position requires strong technical skills, effective communication, and the ability to handle project deadlines efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Create and develop innovative architectural designs and concepts for various projects.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure design integrity, quality, and alignment with project objectives.
Manage all architectural phases, from Conceptual Design through Construction Documentation.
Produce detailed drawings, plans, and specifications using CAD software.
Conduct site visits and surveys to gather data for design development.
Coordinate efficiently with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure successful project delivery.
Communicate with clients to understand their requirements, provide design solutions, and ensure client satisfaction.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and staying within budget.
Ensure all designs comply with building codes, regulations, and zoning requirements.
Develop architectural designs based on client needs and obtain necessary approvals.
Work closely with MEP and Structural teams to ensure integrated and cohesive designs.
Stay updated on authority regulations and requirements.
Prepare authority submittals and follow up until approvals are secured.
Create high-quality 3D models and renders using 3ds Max, Revit, and Photoshop.
Perform other duties as assigned.
