Roads & Highway Design Engineer role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career engineer looking to develop technical skills in road and highway design within a professional consultancy environment under the guidance of senior engineers.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of road and highway design drawings under senior engineer supervision
- Support geometric design tasks for roads, junctions, and interchanges
- Prepare basic design calculations, reports, and technical documentation
- Assist with updating drawings, layouts, and design revisions
- Coordinate with other disciplines such as traffic, drainage, utilities, and structures
- Support preparation of authority submission drawings and documents
- Follow consultancy QA/QC procedures and design standards
- Attend internal coordination meetings and training sessions
